The Overton Retreat Owners Association works to preserve the beauty, integrity, and peaceful way of life our homeowners value.

The Overton Retreat Owners Association is very active. There are several planned social events each year, including:


  • Fishing Tournament in the Spring
  • Independence Day Celebration & Cookout
  • You Gotta Regatta. Canoe/Paddleboard Races & Banquet
  • Chili Cook Off in the Fall
  • Winter Events at the Community Center


In addition, owners usually meet at the Pavilion on an informal basis on weekend evenings, with owners bringing appetizers and drinks.
