All home sites have a view from the bluff or a view of the tranquil, private lake. Home sites range in size from 1.5 to 5 acres and start at $79,500.

Underground utilities run throughout Overton Retreat and are located at the edge of each lot. The underground utilities include water, electric service, telephone and high-speed internet access.

For added security, Overton Retreat has a gated entrance with a sophisticated electronic access system. In addition, a resident property manager supervises maintenance of the common areas and is available to help owners locate products and services in the area.



You can also view a survey of Overton Retreat, which is divided into the southern half and the northern half to increase the resolution of the survey information (the two halves overlap slightly).
