Overton Retreat was created with a simple vision: to offer a peaceful, private community where nature, family, and quality of life come first.

Overton Retreat was developed by a partnership that included the late Jimmy Webb, cofounder of Freeman Webb Companies and Tom Curtis, a well-known Nashville investment banker.

Chip Webster Architecture an architectural firm with offices in Nantucket and Boston, MA, and Vail, CO, developed the master plan and architectural guidelines for Overton Retreat. A graduate of the M.I.T. School of Architecture, Chip Webster has been featured in Forbes Magazine and other publications for his home designs.
