Overton Retreat is being developed by a partnership that includes Nashvillians Jimmy Webb, cofounder of Freeman Webb Companies; Tom Curtis, a principal of Diversified Trust, and Mark McDonald, a principal of Newton, Oldacre & McDonald. They have each purchased a home site at Overton Retreat and intend to build weekend homes for their own families. Dave Bohman serves as managing partner for Overton Retreat.
Chip Webster & Associates, an architectural firm with offices in Nantucket and Boston, MA, and Vail, CO, developed the master plan and architectural guidelines for Overton Retreat. A graduate of the M.I.T. School of Architecture, Chip Webster has been featured in Forbes Magazine and other publications for his home designs.
